cotton candy and blue skies

I am going on a hiatus for awhile. Blogging has starting to be so phenomenal recently and I hate watching what I want to say. There's so many silent readers that I don't know what possibly I said could lead to something else which has happened to a lot of people around me recently...

Plus, spring is here. I am taking out my shades again and off enjoying the splendid weather. Farewell my lovely friends!

Long awaited movie

I read the Yahoo! news today that an Indonesia film is becoming really famous. Now, it's not the usual chick flick that Indonesia keep on producing after ' Ada apa dengan cinta" * Well I do like the movie halfway*. The movies is called " Ayat-ayat cinta" and it has been receiving raving reviews and people is fighting to see it* yes! I mean it literally*

I am really attracted to see it and I hope I could obtain the movie soon...It's basically about a man who went to Egypt to study in University Al Azhar. All his life he has been an observing muslim and this include the fact he doesn't develop relationship with women before marriage.

Arriving in Egypt he found himself surrounded by 4 beautiful women each with to their own attractiveness. He got married to one of them but suddenly one of the women accused him of raping and so the movie begins. I am really interested how they will portray women wearing headscarf. Finally somebody will shed a new light on women that wear headscarf.

Wearing head scarves has subjected me to really unfair treatment in the airport and getting glances whenever I go. Yes I could handle it but sometimes I wish people would stop looking for once and think I am not a terrorist or this forward mind people and instead think of me as a human,a girl.

Quoted from the yahoo! " says she feels almost guilty when she sees women wearing headscarves or veils being pulled aside at airports by security guards for extra questioning while she — dressed in Western clothes, her head uncovered — is left alone." when she is one of them too.

So here's the trailer. Maybe one day we can catch it up together ?

ah what possibly could happen?

Oookay yes I know that Halle Berry is pregnant since summer but I never ever bother to check who is the father since NOBODY mentions it to me that the hubby is sooo freaking gorgeous.

I read the yahoo news that the father is male model so, my instinct of hey! there's gorgeous men kick in and I start googling for the name of "Gabriel Aubry" and walla! there exist this gorgeous hotty and he have a baby with Halle Berry. Oh gosh I wonder how the baby would look like. The mom is the prettiest african american women and the dad is the model for Versace. It's like Jolie-Pitt and Holmes-Cruise baby all over again. Talking about good genes.

This makes me think I have to find some gorgeous man to ensure my kids will have good genetic.

Let's enjoy the awesome pictures

It's an exciting time

I feel giddy all over. I can't believe I am able to go through this change. I thought forever BN will win but the citizens of Malaysia has done the impossible. Some may think it is sudden, but the wheel has been set in motion 8 years ago.

Yes there maybe changes that might seem so incredibly scary but to be able to move forward we need to be able to stand this. I believe Malays are resilience and able to make a breakthrough. We've been in stagnant period for sooo long that I wonder if people around me restless.

I am writing honestly, that sometimes I feel ashamed to be a Malay* precarious statement isn't it?* but that is only because when I see my amazingly brilliant Chinese friends that don't get a scholarship just because they are Chinese. To me that is just plain wrong. Yes direct competition is scary but if competing in shallow pool forever then what's the meaning?

I've been thrown to a place that only 10% is Malay and I see that the 10% Malays do go somewhere.Might be a different route than we're in but they're going. So you see, there's nothing to be afraid of.

I don't know but I just feel that the skepticism in me for once disappear and say there's hope.

By the end of tonight, the results may changed and the opposition may not win but it shows something that Malaysian people want this and are brave enough to vote for it.

Just like an editor during French Revolution once said" You can burn the book but you can never burn the idea".

P/s: I am writing on my last day in Europe soil.
