i love gold and i love vandy. i love sports events although i hesitate at first to join. well the vandy contigent this year is the biggest which consists about 55 people. 11 cars ! it was so fun convoing together all the way to madison. the weather is unexpectedly warm since everyone think that it is going to be chilly.

well i was in the car with adeeb and sonic * love you guys !* although there were problem in the beginning everything went smoothly with a minor hitch along the way. love watching the sunrise together and it was beautiful. the field that goes on and on is a sore to my eyes. well i was never the nature type that enjoy being in nature or looking at it.

madison as expected is full with historical building. although i don't have a lot of time to admire the architecture but it is great and jaw dropping.i love the state capitol building. i once watched documentary about madison city, about how presidon madison defend madison after washington is destroyed by british and it was at that time the critical moment where the new independent country could dissapear if the battle won by british.

when i decide to go madison basically i just want to look for eye candy* yes i did find some eye candy* but at the end i was too concentrated on supporting soccer vandy.* yep they were that great !* i spend two days cheering for the boys and let me tell you the vandy soccer fans were almost one point behind hooligans!

we were cheering out so loud until our voice are hoarse by the midwest end. we sang song in the match and do some wacky song. we renovate the hey mickey! into hey vandy ! we did some crazy thing like for every goal jafiq would run around the field bearing vandy flag.it was awesome. i think everyone in midwest thought vandy was some kind of lunatic. hahaha but boy, we were so into it we don't give a damn. well this is basically the pic of vandy fans.

everyone wore yellow to the field and finally the golden moment arrived! we went into final although were were beaten by osu by 1 goal and that make us a lil but dissapointed and almost didn't make it to the final but the boys kept positive and we hope so much that purdue would beat osu so we could make it to final and we did. we again met cwru that we beat before that. now that case western u got really brilliant strategic idea. they * we think* intentionaly lose to us so they could be in the easier group and walla get into final.

the match was intense let me tell you and vandy soccer keep going and going and they were so good into it.it was the perfect match. it was hot and sun shone brightly as if blessing the vandy and fans that we wearing gold. hehe maybe apollo after all on our side * reference the god of sun,apollo.i wasn't being pagan.ok?*
